How can I bring my parent to the U.S?

If you are a U.S. Citizen, you may file an I-130 petition to bring your parent here in the U.S.


In order to bring your mother, you must prove the relationship by providing your birth certificate.

After approval, there will be a U.S. Department of State fee for the Immigrant Visa Application is $325.00* and an Affidavit of Support fee of $120.00*
